Times are changing and Leeds city centre is evolving with new restaurants, bars and coffee shops. We want to create a place that has everything, a place for catching up over coffee, going out dancing and drinking on an evening, an on-the-go lunch, or special occasion dinners, and we want to create it with the quality we're known for. Our passion for local quality produce and good food and drink is what drives each concept, and we hope to bring what the city centre is missing.

Laura MacLeod, the award winning former head chef of Dough Bistro and co-director of the Vice Group takes charge of Dough In The City as executive chef. MacLeod took Dough to its prime obtaining many awards and accolades and five star reviews for her innovative tasting menus that were leading the industry in Leeds. Since its rebrand in 2017 MacLeod has taken a more operational role, but is looking forward to getting stuck into menu development.
